Kashae grew up in Cedar City, Utah and attended Cedar High School. After graduating she obtained her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Southern Utah University and was a part of the Rural Health Scholars Program. While in school she was able to work in various medical fields including digestive health, pain management, and she was also a surgical assistant. She developed a great passion for caring for others and decided to apply for PA school. She completed the Physician Assistant program with a surgical focus at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City, earning a master’s degree in physician assistant studies.
After graduating she moved back to St George, Utah and practiced for three years with the neurosurgery group with Intermountain Healthcare. Kashae is married to her husband Aaron who was born and raised in St George. Together they have two daughters and have enjoyed being able to raise them in Southern Utah close to family and friends. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family outdoors.
